We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for any unused products that have been kept in the original packaging.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or not as expected it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after receiving it. After 30 days items no longer qualify for return.
To complete your return, we require send us an email email@example.com and fill out the Print4One™ return policy form.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be fully refunded. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
SHIPPING COST ON ALL RETURNS
Original shipping and return shipping fees will only be reimbursed if an error was made on our behalf, otherwise customers are responsible for all shipping cost.
RECEIVED DAMAGE ITEM(S) AND WANT A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details about the damage and whether you prefer a replacement or refund. To expedite the process, include your First and Last Name, your Order Number and your E-mail Address.
Also, upload or attach the following photos:
- A photo of the damage product
- A photo of the damage package
- A clear photo of the Shipping Label, showing your address and tracking number.
- A photo of the entire package, including a clear view of the shipping label.
After we receive and inspect your returned item we will send you an email notification which will include the approval or rejection status of your return. Once approved, we will ship you a replacement or issue you a refund as requested.
